At Kauanoe o Kōloa, our developer has thoughtfully introduced meticulously curated furniture packages to enhance your living experience, setting an exquisite precedent for our community. Each package includes 350 to 550 high-quality, commercial-grade items, tailored to the size of your residence, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic harmony. We offer these comprehensive packages with reasonable markups, reflecting our commitment to providing exceptional value without compromising on quality.

Package price: $121,042.97

75% down (due immediately upon signing): $90,782.23
25% remaining payment (due immediately when install is scheduled): $30,260.74

You will receive an invoice via email for the 75% deposit, in the amount of $90,782.23.

This is a purchase of everything listed in the Furniture package link. Some items in this furniture package are subject to change, and if changed would be replaced with like-kind quality.
Developer reserves the right to charge up to 5% overage on items that have increased in cost.
Art is optional and can be given as a credit. You will be able to customize your island images with latitudesgallery.com, who we are partnering with.
Once a deposit is made and this agreement is signed, you are fully committed to the furniture package.
If the 2nd deposit is not made by the deadline the developer reserves the right to take full ownership of the furnishings while keeping the initial 75% deposit.
Developer will install the furnishing after the certificate of occupancy and final walkthrough. We estimate the install will not take longer than 45 days.
