50% down (due immediately upon signing): $48,836.22

50% remaining payment (due immediately when install is scheduled): $48,836.21

This is a purchase of everything listed in the Furniture package link

Developer reserves the right to charge up to 5% overage on items that have increased in cost

Items on the list are subject to change, though items will be like kind in cost & quality.

Art is optional and can be given as a credit ..or add 5K for latitude design latitudesgallery.com or 10k for numbered and limited prints by Aaron Finburg afeinbergphotography.com/gallery/personal-favorites/all and choose your Kaua’i images

Once a deposit is made and this agreement is signed you own the furniture package

If the 2nd deposit is not made by the deadline the developer reserves the right to take full ownership of the furnishings while keeping the initial 50% deposit.

Developer will try to instal the furnishings before the CO though will be obligated to complete the Instal 10 days after the CO.
